Spinpolarisation in collisions between electron and oriented chiral molecules — •M. Musigmann1, K. Blum1, and D. We will present numerical calculations for spinpolarisation Pz and asymmetries A, produced in collisions with H2S2 and CH Br Cl F. In these collisions Pz and A depend on two terms. One term depends on the chirality of the molecule, the second term is independent of the chirality and depends only on the molecular orientation. Both terms will be calculated separatly. The chiral effects are in general significantly larger for oriented than for unoriented molecules. The results are of interest for biological processes.
