On the progress in renormalization group theory — •Christian Wieczerkowski — Institut für Theoretische Physik, Universität Münster, Wilhelm-Klemm-Str. 9, 48159 Münster

Constructive renormalization group theory has made progress in two directions in recent years. One direction is the simplification of existing constructions and the development of better methods. The other direction is the exploration of new models and the technology transfer from its origin, the theory of critical phenomena and quantum field theory, to other fields of theoretical interest. In this talk, I intend to explain some aspects of these movements at examples, which I like or have been involved in.
