A new numerical approach which combines both molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo methods is presented. It allows to consider the quantum dynamics and to calculate average values of quantum operators and time correlation functions. The method is based on the Wigner representation of quantum statistical mechanics and leads to a straight generalization of classical molecular dynamics to quantum dynamics in phase space [1,2]. We present new results for dynamic properties of quantum many-body systems in disordered systems of scatterers and dense plasmas [3]. The results include position and momentum dispersions, momentum-momentum autocorrelation function, the momentum, space and energy distribution functions, frequency-dependent tensor of electron conductivity and others.
