Betaine phosphate / betaine phosphite mixed crystals shows the dipole glass behavior in the middle of the phase diagramm. Dielectric dispersion in the glass state is characterised by a very broad distribution of the relaxation times. For the fit of the experimental data different models prviously have been used: Cole - Cole, Havriliak - Negami, etc. The most accurate approach is to obtaine the real distribution of the relaxation times directly from the measured real and imaginary parts of the dielectric permittivity. The obtained results are compared with the simulation, assuming the Gaussian distribution of energy barriers and inverse attempt frequency.
