I. The model of regular solutions in social systems: No-dqMixingNo-dq people with people — •Jürgen Mimkes , Christian Denk, and Thorsten Fründ — Fachbereich Physik Universität Paderborn

The model of regular solutions has been applied to social systems. In binary systems the model leads to six structures of society. They depend on four emotional nearest neighbor interactions (EAA, EBB, EAB, EBA), which may be attractive (sympathy), repelling (antipathy) or neutral (apathy):

1. Multicultural EAB+ EBA < EAA+ EBB with EAB + EBA > 0,

2. Aggression EAB+ EBA < EAA+ EBB with EAB + EBA < 0,

3. Partnership EAB+ EBA > EAA+ EBB with EAB = EBA,

4. Hierarchy EAB+EBA > EAA+ EBB with EAB ≠ EBA,

5. Democracy EAB+ EBA = EAA+ EBB with EAB + EBA > 0,

6. Global EAB+ EBA = EAA+ EBB with EAB + EBA= 0.

The model has been tested by social data of the following problems of mixing,

a. Integration of foreign workers in Germany today,

b. Integration of white and other people in the US 1990,

c. Aggression between Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland 1991,

d. Mobility (selfdiffusion) in Germany (marriage -, death -, moving data) 1995,

e. Distribution of world GNP, standard of living, fertility, religion and political structure.
