Dipole glasses show very wide distribution of the relaxation times. As model system the mixed crystals of betaine phosphate / betaine phiosphite has been chosen. From the results of the dielectric spectroscopy the real distribution of the relaxation times fave been obtained. Assuming the Gaussian distribution of the double minima parameters the distribution of the relaxation times have been calculated. The obtained results are in very good agreement with EPR and ENDOR results.
