New organic donors for n-type doping — •Ansgar Werner, Martin Pfeiffer, Torsten Fritz und Karl Leo — Institut für Angewandte Photophysik, TU Dresden, 01062 Dresden, www.iapp.de

We report on a new class of organic dopands for n-type doping. Conductivities up to 10−4 S/cm can be obtained for doped NTCDA, which is about two orders of magnitude higher than the conductivity of NTCDA doped with BEDT- TTF [1] investigated previously. Field effect measurements are used to investigate the doping effect. Other matrixes which can be doped are PTCDA, MePTCDI and C60, frequently used in organic solar cells.
