Monodomain alignment of liquid-crystalline Polyfluorene (PF) has been achieved by using photoaddressable polymer (PAP)as the alignment layer. (1) We report here that alignment ability of PAP layer was not compromised by decreasing the thickness of alignment layer to 10nm. For the purpose of ultilizing in polarization LED, certain amount of hole transport materials was blended with PAP layer. The effects of hole transport molecule on the anistropy of absorption of PAP and photoluminescence (PL) of PF were also discussed. Reference: (1) D.Sainova, A.
