We investigate cluster and condensation phenomena in the QCD phase diagram using suitably extended few-body equations of Alt-Grassberger-Sandhas resp. Faddeev type. These equations are based on a systematic Dyson approach to many-body systems and include self energy corrections and Pauli blocking. At lower densities and temperatures we study three- and four-nucleon clusters, and α-particle condensation. At higher energies we study the transition region from quark to nuclear matter where three-quark states cluster to nucleons. To treat special relativity in this regime we use the light front form.
