Atlas of EUV spectra of light elements — •Željko Andreić1, Hans-Joachim Kunze2, and Ante Hečimović31Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering, University of Zagreb, Pijerottijeva 6, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia — 2Institute of Experimental Physics V, Ruhr-University, 44780 Bochum, Germany — 3Faculty of science, University of Zagreb, Bijenička 32, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia

Spectra of laser produced plasmas of light elements (Be-F) were sistematically gathered with the help of a flat-field grazing-incidence spectrograph build around Hitachi 1200 l/mm grating. For each element the instrumental spectrum and the "true" spectrum, cleaned of the higher order of spectral lines is assembled out of several spectra to cover as large spectral range as possible. The spectra are accompanied by tables of major identified spectral lines and description of aqusition conditions, file format and other usefull details. Some basic software will also be available in future as freeware. Spectra from this atlas can be used to simplify wavelength calibration of XUV instruments built arround the same or a simmilar gratings, line identification in this spectral range, etc.

This work is suported by the Croatian ministry of science and technology (project no. 0195052), and is also paritally suported by the Alexander von Humboldt foundation.
