Electroweak precision observables (EWPO) like the masses of the W and Z bosons, MW,Z, or the effective leptonic weak mixing angle, sin2 θeff, are highly sensitive probes of the quantum structure of the electroweak interaction. The Standard Model (SM) and its extensions predict relations between these observables which can be tested versus the corresponding experimental values. With experimental errors at the per-mille level, EWPO are a powerful tool for discriminating between different models of electroweak interactions.

One of the best motivated extensions of the Standard Model is the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). In this model every Standard Model particle obtains a supersymmetric partner whose spin differs by one-half, solving the hierarchy problem, leading to gauge coupling unification and resolving many other theoretical and phenomenological problems.

In this talk we will present the currently most complete evaluation of MW in the MSSM. It comprises all available SM and MSSM loop corrections, where the MSSM parameters are treated in the most general way. For the first time we analyse the full complex phase dependence of the MSSM one-loop contributions to MW.
