Routine measurements of 36Cl at Zürich 6MV tandem accelerator cover a time span of 20 years. In the present contribution, we summarize our practical experience of 36Cl measurements with a special emphasis on the detection procedure and data reduction. We also outline a synopsis of our ongoing and past 36Cl projects.
