Supersymmetry is one of the most, if not the most, popular extensions to the standard model (SM). The minimal supersymmetric extension to the standard model (MSSM) requires the presence of two Higgs doublets leading to a total of five massive Higgs Bosons: Two charged states H±, one light CP-even state h, one CP-odd state A and one heavy CP-even state H.

In this talk the search for neutral MSSM Higgs bosons in the Φ → τ τ decay channel is presented. It will focus on the interpretation of the results. The analysis has been performed at the CMS detector at the LHC using the datasets stored in 2011 and 2012.
