Majorana fermions have been attracting substantial interest during recent years. Considerable attention is devoted to the robust and unambiguous probing of Majorana bound states and the error-tolerant manipulations of them, particularly in the view of possible applications in topological quantum computing. Here we present the investigation of the real-time dynamics of the Majorana bound states in different lattice geometries and discuss application of the real-time simulations in a context of braiding of Majorana fermions.
