Enhanced entanglement detection criterion via symmetric informationally complete positive operator-valued measures — •Ali Asadian, J. Shang, H. Zhu, and O. Gühne — TU Wien, Vienna

We show that a special kind of measurements, namely, symmetric informationally complete measurements provide a stronger inseparability criterion than the optimal linear entanglement witnesses, i.e. computable cross norm or realignment criterion, based on local orthogonal observables. As an illustration, we demonstrate the improved detection in simple systems of qubits and qutrits.
