Recent Physics Highlights from the LHC — •Günther Dissertori — ETH Zürich, Switzerland
Thanks to a spectacular performance of both, the LHC accelerator and its experiments, a substantial data set at 13 TeV centre-of-mass energy is in hands and is being scrutinised. In this talk, recent highlights will be presented, selected from the very large set of physics results. Particular emphasis will be put on precision measurements of Standard Model processes, on latest studies of the Higgs boson and on searches for deviations from the Standard Model predictions.
