Since the discovery of the Higgs boson in 2012 the field of related studies has expanded extraordinarily, with the precision measurements of Higgs production modes gaining more attention. To increase the measurement sensitivity and reduce its dependence on theory the simplified template cross section (STXS) framework has been developed. The most prominent decay mode of Higgs boson, Hbb, was observed in 2018 when only part of the Run 2 data was available. Consequent STXS measurement of this channel using full Run 2 with the Higgs boson produced in the most sensitive mode, i.e. in association with vector bosons (VH), will provide an important input for further interpretation in terms of EFT SM operators. This report will focus on the STXS measurement of VH (Hbb) process, and the evaluation of related STXS theory uncertainties.
