The presentation gives an overview and outlook about GLOBALFOUNDRIES' and in particular Fab 1 Dresden's technology portfolio as a growth machine. Keywords are 28 nm and 22FDX and the integration of differentiated solutions (BCD, eNVM, HV, RF/mmWAVE) to these baseline technologies to serve our clients in fast growing markets like display*drivers for OLEDs, audio amplifiers for smartphones, security/chip cards, voice recognition, ultra low power/IoT or RF chips for 5G/automotive Radar. Technical details about Silicon-based platform technologies, the required features and IP as well as how they enable the creation of fascinating products will be given.
