The system of (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-BaTiO3 solid solutions has attracted considerable interest due to its promising electromechanical, electrocaloric, and energy storage properties. In this work, the effect of LiF additive on the ferroelectric properties of 0.8(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-0.2BaTiO3 ceramics is investigated.
