Dynamics of quenched polyampholytes — •Kristian Müller-Nedebock and Thomas Vilgis — Max-Planck-Institut für Polymerforschung, Postfach 3148, 55021 Mainz

We investigate the dynamical properties of quenched, dense polyampholyte chains by considering the Langevin dynamics of the system in a Martin-Siggia-Rose formalism thus avoiding the need to introduce replicas in order to deal with the disorder. We derive results for the viscosity and compare them to results for the dynamics of random copolymers. Special emphasis is also placed upon specific disorder effects and the results are compared with dynamics of uniform polyelectrolytes.
