Study of the proton momentum distribution in 12C at MAMI — •Stefan Wolf — Institut für Kernphysik, Universität Mainz, 55099 Mainz

With the three-spectrometer facility at the Mainz microtron MAMI we have investigated that part of the proton momentum distribution of 12C that is linked through the reaction 12C(e,ep) to discrete states in 11B. The measurements were performed with parallel and anti-parallel kinematics covering a missing momentum range between -120 MeV/c up to 400 MeV/c. To study the influence of the final state interaction between the outgoing proton and the residual nucleus the kinetic energy of the proton was varied at constant pm in a range of 70 to 160 MeV. The reduced cross sections are compared to DWIA calculations.
