Academic Cooperation and Information Exchange — •Victor Wei-Keh WU1, Curie Yukimi Zhi-Jun KURE-WU2, and Fumi KURE21Graduate School of Science, Osaka Univ., J-560-0043 Toyonaka, Japan — 2Victor Basic Research Laboratory, Bielefeld, Germany

Interdiscipline researches have been based upon international academic cooperations and information exchanges for long years. This trend will be kept going and increasing. Development of calculation program(s) or new knowledge(s) by private unknown, unmighty person or small academic research group is no more meaningful, because it (they) can be easily transferred via Email by the guest to his(her) home address or Host. Many varied problems have been given and will be more magnificent than ever, especially relating to copyrights of which research group, of whom, who should be the principal or corresponding author and someday be honored. The known person as well as financially powerful group in academy works well as in the business: The more able one is, the more colleges or competitors can be swallowed. The profits are going to be concentrated only in several groups; the grants of scientific researches will be given only with privileges; the popular subjects will be initiated, even manipulated by the minority. ⋆JSPS Finanzierung (100%, Nr.L99536) f"ur 1999-2000 und Wu aus VBR (http://www.uni-bielefeld.de/∼fkure).
