The bijective correspondence between quantum field theories in Anti-deSitter space-time and conformal quantum field theories in Minkowski space-time is easily established in terms of the explicit identification of the local observables in corresponding theories. It will be discussed how the physical interpretation changes upon passage from one theory to the other, due to the re-assignment of geometric localization.
