Study of properties of the atomic systems in strong magnetic field is a subject of great interest. This is stimulated by the astrophysical discoveries of strong fields on white dwarfs nad neutron stars. The electron structure of atomic systems in strong magnetic field can be drastically changed. On the other hand, atom in a static magnetic field can be considered as a prototype of the quantum chaotic system. The present paper is devoted to a study of the structure of the quantum states of the multielectron atoms (He, Li,C and also atom of H) in a static magnetic field (field strength is ranging from zero up to 2,35 10(9) T ). Representations for the wave function of problem hamiltonian: linear combination of the slater, hydrogen-like functions and correct numeral solution of the Schrodinger equation with the use of early developed operator perturbation theory form and the well-known in the scattering theory No-dqdistorted -waveNo-dq approximation are used in calculation. We have carried out the calculation of energy levels, dipole matrix elements and quadropole moments with arbitrary nuclear charge. It is shown that the wave functions and spectrum structure in a field are intermediate between the regular structure and chaotic one.
