The goal of the experiment was to study the influence of alignment on the electron emission from a two body Coulomb potential. Applying the technique of COLTRIMS it was possible to measure Tripple Differential Cross Sections (TDCS) for the double photo ionization of H2 for fixed molecular orientation. We present momentum distributions of the second emitted electron for fixed orientations of the molecular axis in space and the polarization vector of the incoming photon while varying the kinetic energy and the emission angle of the first electron. The data can also be transferred into polar angle distributions allowing comparison with theoretical results for H2 and data for photo double ionization of helium measured with COLTRIMS.
