Dynamics of Spectra in the Integer Quantum Hall Regime — •Isa Zharekeshev — Theoretische Physik III, Ruhr-Universität Bochum, 44780 Bochum, Germany

Parametric statistics of eigenvalues in the critical energy range of the Landau levels are studied. The system in the limit widely disorder-broadened Landau bands is investigated using exact numerical diagonalization techniques for lattice models. We examine scaling properties of several statistical spectral measures at the transitions between the Hall plateaus including: (i) the distributions of the level curvatures and velocities; (ii) the two-point correlation function, the spectral structure factor; and (iii) the fluctuations of the density of states (number variance). Using the finite-size scaling analysis for both lowest and higher Landau levels to approach the thermodynamic limit, a set of universal constants are extracted: the branching number of the eigenvalue curvatures, the critical exponent of the localization length and the spectral compressibility. Scale-invariant behavior of the parametrical statistics characteristic of the localization-delocalization transition reveals the universal nature of the Integer Quantum Hall Effect.
