We investigate entanglement measures for quantum systems with an infinite-dimensional Hilbert space, such as systems consisting of a collection of harmonic oscillators. We will discuss peculiarities that may occur in the infinite-dimensional setting when quantifying the degree of entanglement, and on ways to retain meaningful measures of entanglement. In this analysis we will concentrate on the so-called entropy of entanglement, the relative entropy of entanglement, and the entanglement of formation.
