Recently, new symmetry classes in random-matrix theory have been discovered and classified [1,2], some of which are realized in normal-superconducting hybrid systems. We develop a semiclassical approach to the spectral form factor of one of these ensembles (class C) starting from the Bogoliubov-deGennes equations. This is done by introducing a new class of quantum graphs [3], which describe chaotic normal-superconducting systems by incorporating Andreev reflection. We confirm our results by numerical calculations.
