The incipient ferroelectrics SrTiO3 and induced phase transitions in SrTiO3 are widely studied due to their low temperatures dielectric anomalies, unclear nature of induced ordered polar state , and possible applications.

The system of SrTiO3 - PbZrO3 is unique because various states such as incipient ferroelectrics, relaxor ferroelectrics , and antiferroelectrics were observed . In the present work we studied a ferroelectric state appeared in the system at low PbZrO3 concentration and transformation to antiferroelectric state via relaxor-like behavior at higher concentration. For this purpose the dielectric properties of ceramic samples were measured between 10 Hz -1MHz in a wide temperature range from 4.2 K to 400 K. Polarization loops measurements were used to identify ferroelectric and antiferroelectric state. The main features of observed dielectric relaxation, FE behavior, and FE-AFE crossover are discussed.
