We consider the semiclassical theory in a joint phase space of spin and orbital degrees of freedom. The theory is developed from the path integrals in spin coherent state representation. We discuss the limiting cases, such as weak and strong spin-orbit coupling, and the relation of the present theory to the earlier methods.
