We present data of quench condensed silver films with a thickness of 10-20 nm. The samples are as small as 300 × 100 nm2. Experiments focus on the temperature region between 350 mK and 4.2 K. We show measurements on virgin films immediately after the deposition at low temperatures as well as measurements after annealing of the films. Our results of annealed films are in good agreement with former experiments under similar conditions. New and surprising results are obtained of the virgin samples: non-linear I-V characteristics and normalized noise power which is up to 5 orders of magnitude higher than those of annealed samples.
