Search for SUSY trilepton signatures with ATLAS at the LHC — •Cédric Serfon and Raimund Ströhmer — Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, Am Coulombwall 1, D-85748 Garching b. München

The future LHC will allow to search for SUSY particles at energies much higher than those available now. A promising signature arises from the production of charginos and neutralinos decaying into a final state with 3 charged leptons. The goal of this analysis is to study the discovery potential of SUSY via the trileptons final state and to measure some parameters of the model using a full simulation of the ATLAS detector. This study has been performed in the mSUGRA model in the so-called focus-point of the parameter space favoured by recent WMAP measurements.
