η-photoproduction at threshold — •Alexander Nikolaev — Helmholtz-Institut für Strahlen- und Kernphysik, Universität Bonn

This work presents the current status of the η-mass measurement with the Crystal Ball detector at the Mainz Mikrotron MAMI. The reaction γ p → p η is used for the determination of the η-production threshold. The two main η decay modes are analysed. This project is supported in the frame work of the SFB443 of the DFG.
