Neutral beams are a powerful tool to investigate plasma parameters. In a collaboration of FZJ and BINP, Charge Exchange Recombination Spectroscopy (CXRS) diagnostics is applied at TEXTOR, using the RuDI neutral beam injector providing 50keV Hydrogen atoms. Since the spatial resolution and signal level of CXRS diagnostics depend on beam angular divergency and full energy component contribution, respectively, these beam parameters should to be controlled. For that purposes, a new set of diagnostics has been designed for the RuDI injector at TEXTOR. The multi-channel beam divergency monitor based on Hα Doppler shift spectroscopy is developed for investigation of beam angular divergency for each fraction (E, E/2, E/3 and H2O). The device has 5 channels with 45o angle of observing to the beam axis. For beam profile scanning a CCD camera will be installed, thus allowing to achieve high-resolved images of the beam. Using filters of respective bright lines it will be able to monitor beam impurities such as carbon, copper etc. First results of measurements will be presented which will be considered at the RuDI-X injector development for W7-X Stellarator.
