To our knowledge the transfer ionization process has only been investigated for atomic targets so far. As highly differential measurements show, the binary encounter and the shake off process can be distinguished by means of the electron longitudinal momentum [1]. Similar to that, we were able to observe a simliar dependency for the case of a molecular target. In addition, a KER-dependence of the ratio of forward to backward electron emission was found.
