Up to now, the solar electron neutrino survival probability was only measured in energy regions, where the neutrino oscillations are either vacuum (Eν<1 MeV) or matter dominated (Eν>3.2 MeV). With the proposed 50 kt LENA detector, a high statistic measurement of the 8B-νe flux down to ∼ 2 MeV is possible. Non standard neutrino interactions could influence Pee in the transition region between vacuum and matter dominated neutrino oscillations. Thus, a detailed GEANT4 based Monte Carlo study was performed, to analyze how precise the MSW-LMA solution can be tested with LENA. As there are several models for non standard neutrino interactions, a simple test model with constant Pee was used, to see how efficient this model can be discriminated from the MSW-LMA solution. Using the elastic neutrino electron scattering channel and the charged current reaction of νe on 13C (νe+ 13C13N + e), the constant Pee scenario can be excluded with 5 σ significance after 7 years measuring time.
