In my talk I will first summarize the developments of OA publishing with special emphasis on Physics. I shall discuss the presence and future for arXiv, the role of the SCOAP3 initiative, the different financial models of OA, the various review options, and the role of roque publishers. I shall end with a presentation of what I believe is most needed in publishing and will present my dream of ``Living Paper''.
