Transport properties of strongly correlated quantum systems are of central interest in condensed matter, ultra-cold atoms and in dense plasmas. There, the proper treatment of strong correlations is important. This can be achieved by using the nonequilibrium Green functions framework with a suitable chosen many-body approximation. In this contribution, we study transport properties of finite spatially inhomogeneous Hubbard systems with the T-matrix approximation. The diffusion is analyzed for different spatial geometries in one to three dimensions as a function of the particle number and interaction strength.
