Studies of the spin and parity quantum numbers of the Higgs boson in the HWW* → ℓ νℓ ν final state — •Tatjana Lenz — Physikalisches Institut Bonn

Studies of the spin and parity quantum numbers of the Higgs boson in the HWW* → ℓ νℓ ν final state are presented, based on proton-proton collision data collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The Standard Model spin-parity JCP = 0++ hypothesis is compared with alternative hypotheses. The case when the observed resonance is a mixture of the SM Higgs and a BSM CP-even (JCP = 0++) or BSM CP-odd (JCP = 0+−) Higgs signal is also studied by scanning all possible mixing combinations. The analysis dataset corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 20.3 fb−1 collected at the centre-of mass energy of √s=8 TeV.
