The pair production of Top quarks with an associated photon is of particular interest, as it provides the opportunity to study the electroweak couplings of the Top quark.

In the t t γ analysis, a template fit is used to estimated the fraction of signal events in the observed data. The major background contribution comes from the hadrons misidentified as photons; the so-called “hadron-fakes”. Templates are extracted for the prompt photons and the hadron-fakes, separately. In this presentation, the hadron-fake template determination from control samples in data is presented.
