Study of time-integrated CP asymmetry in D0hh+ decays with the LHCb experiment — •Simon Stemmle for the LHCb collaboration — Physikalisches Institut Universität Heidelberg, Deutschland

CP violation in the D meson system is not observed so far and is predicted to be small in the Standard Model. A measurement of the time-integrated CP asymmetry in the Cabibbo-suppressed decay D0KK+ is presented. For this study, the full data sample of proton-proton collisions, recorded with the LHCb experiment in LHC Run 1 is used, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb−1. The D0 mesons used for this analysis originate from the decays D*+D0π+ and D*−D0π. Thereby, the flavour of the neutral charm meson at production is determined by the charge of the pion. In order to evaluate the additional production and detection asymmetry arising from the D*+ meson and the pion, three Cabibbo-favoured charm meson decays are used as calibration channels.

Former LHCb analysis are combined with this measurement to give a complete picture of time-integrated CP asymmetry in D0hh+ decays. The obtained result is compatible with the hypothesis of no CP violation.
