Dosepix is a pixelated hybrid silicon X-Ray detector, that is anticipated for usage in dosimetry.

The sensor layer comprises 192 pixels with 220 micrometer pitch and 64 pixels with a pixel length of 55 micrometers. The digital circuitry features 16 energy channels per pixel whereby the energy thresholds of the bins can be configured individually for each pixel. The energy deposition of each detected X-ray photon or gamma is recorded in one of the 16 energy channels.

In this contribution we present the working principle of the detector and calibration results of the analog and the digital circuits. Furthermore we show first results of dose measurements.
