On a contextual model refuting Bells Theorem — •Eugen Muchowski — Primelstr. 10, 85591 Vaterstetten

It is shown that there is no need for remote action in order to explain polarization measurements at photons in singlet state. A contextual model is presented able to explain the measurement results. It is not ruled out by the Kochen-Specker Theorem. Instead it refutes Bells Theorem. The model is extended to spin one half particles. Consequences for the feasibility of quantum computers will be discussed.
