S 8: Women in Physics Lunch

Women physicists of all career stages are cordially invited to join our meet-and-greet networking lunch. Interested colleagues and guest are welcome! Light snacks and finger food will be served. The idea of this event and the related activities of the AKC during the meeting is to provide a venue for informal exchange and getting-to-know each other. We want to open opportunities for creating specific contacts and finding experts that can answer your urgent questions on-the-spot by intensifying the exchange between women scientists in different career stages. If you have specific issues or ideas, be it on scientific questions or family-related issues, please do not hesitate to contact the organisers, Prof. Martina Hentschel (TU Ilmenau), Prof. Ulrike Woggon (TU Berlin) and Miriam Sinnhuber (KIT) prior to the meeting.
