Integrating single photon and entangled photon pair emitters such as epitaxially grown semiconductor quantum dots into photonic frameworks is a rapidly evolving research field. Quantum states of light generated by these non-classical sources can be routed and manipulated within on-chip nanostructures while simultaneously enhancing their quantum optical fingerprints. Due to the high refractive index contrast between the semiconductor host and the surrounding environment, efficient out-coupling of this non-classical light for off-chip processing and detection requires carefully engineered mesoscopic structures. Here, we present high-efficiency Bragg gratings for an enhanced outcoupling efficiency of light from within hybrid photonic nanostructures. The photon wavelength under consideration is 780 nm resembling the 87Rb D2 line, corresponding to the emission from GaAs/AlGaAs quantum dots. The presented numerical study helps to enable such sources for applications in complex quantum optical networks.
