Time resolved photoluminescence of ZnSe-ZnTe superlattices has been measured by using time correlated single photon counting at 1.6K. The samples were grown by MBE and were designed to consist of 300 sets of two mono-layers of ZnSe and 1/9 or 4/9 monolayer of ZnTe. Both samples show typical S1(blue band) and/or S2(green band) emissions in the time integrated spectra. In the time resolved spectra, we found an inhomogeneously broadened fast component at the high energy side of the luminescence spectra. This indicates that besides the S1 and S2 trapped excitons, there exist shallow localized excitons due to the long-range potential fluctuation.
