Relation mania has already since the 19th century been considered as mental illness becvause it enabled also to decode the language of a distinct erudiation. However, especially in natural sciences recognizing relations beween physical observations and mathemati- cal rules is of great importance to discover new laws. This contribution will begin with earlier own research on the charge c arrier rate constants in sandwich systems with organic crystals [summary by P.S. VINCETT and G.G. ROBERTS, Thin Solid Films 68(1980)135]. From the principles and mathematics of photo- conductivity will be derived a model for employment in dependence on education , residence and recombination times of employment. Conditions will be derived from the aim of steady state condition (Ch. KITTEL:Introduction to Solid State Physics. 1966). hmmk
