Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (FCS) at variable temperatures — •Heiko Zettl, Frank Schubert, and Georg Krausch — Physikalische Chemie II, Universität Bayreuth

We have developed an experimental setup enabling us to perform FCS experiments at various temperatures between 10^∘ C and 70^∘ C. In this presentation the details of the experiments are discussed. First applications in colloidal and biochemical systems are presented.
