According to our actual knowledge the superconductivy of the cuprates is due to electronic exitations of the copper-oxygen-states. For all investigations it is therefore very important to know the oxygen of the samples. On the other hand, it is well known that the determination of the oxygen content is not an easy experimental problem, because e.g. methods like EDX are too uncertain. Here we summerize our investigations obtained of Bi2−yPbyCan−1Sr2−xLaxCunO2n+4+δ by the iodometric titration method. In particular, changes due to a temper process in vacuum will be discussed for Bi2−yPbySr2−xLaxCuO6+δ. These experiments will be extended also for single crystals.
