Lead-based perovskites have proven to exhibit high photovoltaic performance and power conversion efficiency of over 20%. FA-stabilized perovskites show high long-term stability and are thermally endurable where other perovskite devices do not continue to function and lose their perovskite phase. Important is to further improve perovskite-based solar cells as a goal by reducing or removing the use of the heavy metal lead. To stabilize more the perovskite solar cell, PEA (phenethylammonium) is mixed with FA to achieve better stability. Thus, we systematically investigate the performance of FA(1-x)PEAI(x)Pb(1-x)Sn(x)I3 mixed metal halide perovskites. Adding Sn leads to the stabilization of the black perovskite phase and the low formation temperature of 100*C is sufficient to reach of the formation of the perovskite phase. The efficiency we aimed at is over 10% with Sn content of x=0.5, 0.8, 0.3. The higher amount of Sn is expected to not enhance device performance.
